The SoakingPot can seat up to 14 Soakers together, at one time. A standard 1-hour soak is required for groups of five or more. For groups of seven or more we typically require a minimum of 72-hours notice.
BOOKING YOUR PARTY
Be sure to book your group at least 72-hours in advance. At the time of booking we will need to know: how many people, how many add-ons, and we will also need a credit card on file.
The ideal time for large parties is before 11AM and after 6PM, this gives the group the most privacy without the worry of disturbing other guests. You should plan on a minimum of two-hours from check-in to check-out.
A minimum of 72-hours prior to the reservation, all members of the group must:
1. Select their Soak and any add-ons. View our full menu online.
2. Fill out a Guest Welcome form. Download the Guest Welcome Form.
3. Email Soak and applicable add-on selection and completed Guest Welcome form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate the Party planners name on the reservation.
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early, so we may have you seated and soaking at the start of your appointment time. Late start times may shorten your service time.
IMPORTANT: For massage treatments and/or groups of five or more, a minimum of 48-hours cancellation notice is required to remove any or all appointments. View more info.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not automatically added to large parties. If you wish to leave gratuity, you may leave cash or charge it to your credit card. At the time of check out, please let the Receptionist know how much you would like to leave for the Soak Team and/or Massage Therapist/Esthetican.
